Return and Refund Policy

At  LUSADIVINE once a purchase is made and received ,a return policy instructions sheet will be place on the inside of the each box .

Return items are at your own cost, if return items are to be replace then lusadivine will be replacing the items at our own cost back to you  once return package arrives to lusadivine.

Broken sealed items are not refundable if customer is the one braking the sealed item (for that same reason on our return policy sheet has specific instructions to prove that any mistake is made from our end).

Products paired with free gift should be also return with item if thats the case of those items being return .

Sale items are not returnable.

If item its return in perfect condition once the item arrives the refund will be made and email to you will be sent with confirmation of refund.

An email will be sent to you once your package will be on his way.
